Application:
1.Ampullary tumor
2.Duodenal papilla tumor
3.Bile duct cancer, especially choledochus cancer
4.Benign stricture of choledochus and common hepaticduct
5.Bile duct stricuture caused by chronic pancreatitis.
Contraindication:
1.Patient that have hemorrhagic diathesis, and the
prothrombin time is below70%, couldn't be rectified
after treatment.
2.Septicopyemia
3.Ascites
